CrewBaseHQ is hosted operations software. A paid Office subscription is digital access to a company workspace in the browser. Core Crew accounts are free software access. CrewBaseHQ does not sell property-preservation labor, repairs, contractor services, property management, home warranties, or physical goods.

What the software does

Customer companies use the workspace to manage their own work orders, dispatch, crews, coverage, field evidence, review, reports, and operational billing visibility. Crews use their accounts to receive and record work relationships those companies manage. The software stores records. It does not complete the field work those records describe.

Who remains responsible

Each customer is responsible for its business operations, client relationships, crews and contractors, the information it uploads, and lawful use of the platform. Companies remain responsible for assigning work, reviewing results, and paying their own crews outside CrewBaseHQ. CrewBaseHQ does not employ crews, guarantee jobs, act as a crew's employer, pay crews for Office-assigned jobs, or guarantee that another company will pay a crew.

Each company workspace is a separate tenant and subscription. A connection or assignment inside the software is a record between those users. It is not a contract for CrewBaseHQ to perform property work.

Access

Subscription access begins through a CrewBaseHQ account. Office plans are billed as software subscriptions. There is no free trial. Cancellation, renewal, and price-change rules are described on the billing and cancellation page. Where checkout is enabled, payment is processed by Lemon Squeezy as merchant of record.
