Vendor and Crew Management for Property Preservation

Property preservation runs on vendors and crews. CrewBaseHQ gives the office one place to keep the crews it works with, see where they cover, find new crews, and assign Work Orders — while each crew keeps ownership of its own profile.

The problem

Vendor lists go stale the day they are exported.

Most offices track vendors in a spreadsheet: a name, a phone number, a few counties. Coverage changes, phone numbers change, and nobody knows which crew already turned down the last three jobs in that ZIP.

In CrewBaseHQ the crew maintains its own profile and coverage, and your company keeps the relationship: who is connected, what they have done for you, and your private notes.

In the workspace

Vendor management that is tied to the work.

  • Crew Book

A company directory of the crews and vendors you already work with — trades, coverage, readiness, and the jobs you have assigned them.

  • Coverage you can search

Filter by trade, state, county, city, or ZIP using the service areas crews maintain themselves.

  • Connections, not cold assignments

Find crews in the CrewBase Network and send a connection request. Work is assigned only after the crew accepts.

  • Onboarding and documents

Collect the onboarding items your company requires. Crew documents stay private to the crew and the companies they connect with.

  • Private company notes

Keep your own notes and tags on a crew. They are visible to your company only and never shown to the crew or other companies.

  • Assignment history

See which Work Orders a crew has been assigned and how they moved through review, without exporting a spreadsheet.

CrewBase Network

Find crews by trade and service area.

The CrewBase Network lists crews by trade and coverage. Some listings are created from public business information and marked “Profile not yet claimed” until the business claims them. A connection request to an unclaimed listing invites the business to claim its profile first; nothing is assigned until they accept.

Rates, documents, private notes, and job history are never shown on a public listing.

Keep your crews and your Work Orders together.
