CrewBaseHQ is a hosted software workspace. Companies and crews create accounts so they can manage work orders, connections, field evidence, and billing visibility. This page describes categories the product actually handles. It is not a claim that information is never shared with the services needed to run the software.

Information the product handles

• Account and contact information, including name, email, and sign-in credentials.
• Business and company workspace information entered by the customer.
• Work order records, including property, scope, status, and related notes.
• Crew profiles, coverage, and connection records customers choose to keep.
• Files and photos a user uploads as field evidence or documents.
• Billing and subscription metadata for Office plans, such as plan, status, and provider identifiers. CrewBaseHQ does not store card numbers.
• Usage and security data needed to operate sign-in, access control, and audit history.

How that information is used

The product uses this information to provide the workspace, keep company tenants separate, and support account, billing, and technical issues. One company workspace is not combined with another company's clients, rates, documents, or financials.

Service providers

Operating the software can involve service providers for hosting, email delivery when email is enabled, and payment processing when checkout is enabled. Where checkout is enabled, Lemon Squeezy processes the payment as merchant of record. CrewBaseHQ does not publish a longer subprocessor list here, and does not claim certifications it does not hold.
